Will the doctor speak fluent English?

Yes. All doctors on our platform are verified English speakers. Many trained in the US, UK, South Africa, or other English-speaking countries.

What about Kupat Holim (Maccabi, Clalit, Meuhedet)?

We work completely independently of the public HMO system. No referrals, no bureaucracy. Book directly with your chosen doctor and pay privately.

Can I get a prescription?

Yes. Israeli-licensed doctors can issue private prescriptions valid at any Israeli pharmacy (בית מרקחת). Some medications may require a local GP referral.

Is it available in my city?

We currently cover Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Netanya, Herzliya, Raanana, Be'er Sheva, Eilat, Ashdod and Rishon LeZion — and growing.

How fast can I get a consultation?

Most patients receive their first doctor offer within 2–4 hours. Same-day consultations are often available, especially for online.
